Alterations:

Most dresses will require some alterations to obtain that perfect fit.

Each manufacturer's line is cut to a standard measurement, according to their own size chart, and can then be altered to fit
you. Please measure carefully (according to our
Measuring Guide) and always choose the largest size based on your
measurements and the size chart.  Dresses can almost always be taken in to fit you, but letting dresses out is more difficult
and costly.

Please remember that minimal alterations, like hem and strap adjustments, are to be expected.


Dress Availability:

Availability changes constantly, especially during Prom season from January through April.  Because inventory changes so
frequently we cannot guarantee every style/color/size dress combination.  When you place an order, we will do our best to
check availability and let you know as quickly as possible.  It would be best to have an alternate selection, in case the dress
is not available in time for your wear date.  Your credit card will never be charged until your order is confirmed.


Return and Exchange Policy:

Due to the nature of the items being ordered, we can not accept any returns, exchanges, or cancellations after the order
has been confirmed.  Dresses are often ordered directly from the manufacturer, and therefore, cannot be returned. Again,
please be sure to measure carefully, as you are responsible for accurate measurements.   Please use our
Measuring
Guide as a reference.  We will look at the manufacturer's own size chart, and inform you of the corresponding size that
needs to be ordered.  Again, most dresses will still require some alterations to obtain that perfect fit.

We inspect every dress that is delivered to us, for any defects or damages.  However, in the event that the dress arrives to
you in a damaged condition, contact us by
email or phone, at 732-750-1174 within 48 hours of receiving your dress.  We
will arrange to send a Return Authorization for the damaged dress, for a replacement.  A merchandise credit will be issued,
if a replacement is unavailable. The damaged dress must be returned in unworn condition with all tags and labels still intact.

Return packages that are shipped back to Ultimate Fashions will
not be accepted without an Return Authorization number,
that you will be provided via email.  This number
must be clearly visible on the outside of the box. The package must be
post marked within 5 days of Return Authorization notification.


Cancellation of Orders:

We will not accept any cancellations after an order has been confirmed and placed with the manufacturer, and at which
time, your credit card will be charged.


Required Deposits:

A credit card deposit of 50% is required at the time your order is confirmed and placed with the manufacturer.
